Our cabins are manufactured from the finest northern European timber available. They feature wind resistant interlocking corner joints making them quick and easy to assemble. Each cabin comes flat packed in a kit which includes:
- Assembly instructions
- Treated floor joists
- 19mm tongue and grooved flooring and roofing
- Solid wall timbers - thickness 28mm, 44m or 70mm depending on cabin
- Glazed door, fully framed complete with handles and lock
- Glazed window with frame and handles
- Roof beams
- Fascia and barge boards
- Wind bracing and fixing bolts
- Black bitumen roofing shingles
The cabins are assembled untreated due to the nature of their construction. The exterior and interior need to be treated with a recommended preservative within a few weeks after erection.
Planning permission should not be required if the cabin is more than 5 metres away from your house unless you live in a conservation area. If you are in doubt contact the Planning Service.
We usually carry a stock of all cabins. We can quote a collection price or a delivered price to your home.
